THE WONDERFUL OF GREEN CANYON

Today, you may should not to go to Grand Canyon in United State, you may will not feel sad any more. Did you know that our beloved country, Indonesia has Green Canyon. Originally, the name of Green Canyon is populared by the French on 1993. Local people call it Cukang Taneuh. The meaning of Cukang Taneuh is The Bridge Land (Jembatan Tanah). It means that on the above of valley and Green Canyon itself there is a bridge land that commonly used by local farmers to cross over to reach their garden.

Green Canyon is located in Kertayasa village, Cijulang sub-district, Ciamis, West Java. It is about 130 km from Ciamis or it is about 31 km from Pengandaran. Since, diceded as a tourism object on 1991, Green Canyon is always never desolated by visitors. Almost in everyday there are visitors to visit the Green Canyon.

The wonderful object basically is a river flow that come from Cijulang river that break through a cave. There are many wonderful scenery that provided by nature. Such as, stalactite and stalagmite a little waterfall. Another amazing thing at Green Canyon is the water of the river is can changes from brown to green colored.

To reach the location you should to buy a ticket and the visitors have to start from boat dock. Then, picked up by using a machined boat approximately 20-30 minutes. There are two guides that will guiding you to the location. As I told before that as long as the way the visitors will enjoy natural scenery, the verdant of forest and the river with green water.

Some people said that,”You are not visiting Green Canyon if you are not swimming here”. It is a tickle statement that challenge the visitors to have swimming at Green Canyon. Sometimes the statement is really true because the you will feel a real piece of heaven here. You will see directly the miracle of God at the land of Sunda.

To cover and to make fun of the traveling here there are some advises for the visitors in order to make happy, fun and not feel worried. So, you that will visit green canyon have to make well preparation as possible. First, clothes. In green canyon including of water tourism object, it can be denied that you will  not have a swimming ”You are not visiting Green Canyon if you are not swimming here”. Second, health. Keep you body healthy. There are activities that should be enjoyed and it really will lost your stamina. Third, vehicle (if will use own transportation). Check your car or your motor cycle carefully because you never know what will happen next. Don't break your trip because of your vehicle Fourth,  money. Save more money start from now if you want to go to there.

The last but not the least, Green Canyon absolutely is wonderful place that should be visited.
